We’re searching for a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns at Havenly. Reporting to the Sr. Dir, Growth, our ideal candidate will bring a passion for the digital media landscape, and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, cross-channel, and seasoned planning skillset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough results and growth. This is a huge high-impact opportunity to play a critical role in the growth of a fast-growing and well-known consumer startup.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the strategy, execution, and tracking of paid channels (e.g., SEM, social, remarketing, display, affiliates) to drive marketing performance in line with budget.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance and maintain reporting on campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other channel metrics
  • Evaluate and test new channel opportunities, and test promising new channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand-aligned messaging, improve lead quality, and drive customer acquisition, conversion, and awareness.
  • Create documentation to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results.
  • Paid media is your kingdom! You know how to build LTV/CAC models and ensure we hit scale while collaborating with internal teams to plan on-brand campaigns. You constantly seek to improve your knowledge and nurture your expertise.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in user acquisition or digital media management role. Preference for those with experience in consumer services businesses!
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools; specifically within the consumer services space is a bonus.
  • You will need to be strategic, and comfortable spearheading our entry into new channels, and excited to evaluate new opportunities for growth.
  • Technical ROI/tracking and reporting expertise e.g.,Google Analytics, Looker.
  • Proven ability to consolidate and analyze, test and measure data from multiple sources (e.g. website, social media, SEM).
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how to get things done.

  • An understanding of web and app media buying, tracking, and attribution.
  • Thorough familiarity and passion for data-driven lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, and retention, and testing frameworks at scale.
  • A self-starting and ownership attitude to seize opportunities to make an impact.

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO.
  • Our total rewards package includes competitive compensation, generous PTO, volunteer days off, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability), company equity, 401K, and Fertility benefits. In addition, we offer free design services, furniture discounts, and merchandise credits.
  • Targeted compensation range for this role: $100-130K/year, negotiable based upon experience.
