Seeking a technically savvy individual who is the driving force behind empowering marketing success through technology. As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing operations strategy. The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager will analyze existing data and information as well as historical trends to provide early insights and best practices that guarantee data quality and process efficiency across the marketing metrics and operations. The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager also plays an active role in the enhancement of all marketing operations to facilitate lead generation, nurturing, and implementation.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
- Work with the cross-functional marketing team to develop and drive the marketing database strategies and execution in relation to growth, segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness.
- Work with the marketing leadership team to lead the adoption, management, and ongoing review of operational processes in pursuit of efficiency
- As a subject matter expert, you will play the role of driving sales and ensuring proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management, enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality.
- Report on the complete marketing funnel including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value; ensure funnel measures can be tracked by key dimensions such as industry, geo, and persona.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs within a given budget.
- Administer all systems in the marketing tech stack.
- Provide onboarding training for new members of the marketing organization.
- Act as project manager for marketing operations projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role
- BS/BA, preferably in marketing
- Marketing operations experience, in the technology industry, preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiar with owning vendor relationships for all tools in the marketing tech stack and champion all initiatives involving marketing technology.
- Experience using tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce, Marketo, or Hubspot (we use Marketo)
- Expert knowledge of digital demand generation, content marketing and email marketing as it relates to marketing automation
- Knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with our marketing automation tool. (Tableau is a plus!)
- Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and be willing to "roll-up your sleeves" to drive organizational change
- Excellent verbal communication skills, the ability and passion to learn other marketing technology platforms are required to perform the role
Additional Requirements and Details:
- Travel required up to 10% of the time.
- Located and working from an office location. Our offices are currently open on a voluntary basis and we are moving forward with a flexible first business need work environment in mind.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
- Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).
- Frequent sitting and/or standing.
