Sr. Marketing Manager - Digital Acquisition
Role Purpose
Own the growth strategy – across all digital marketing channels – for Craftsy’s subscription & a-la-carte digital products.
Responsibilities
〈 Manage a substantial marketing budget across social, display & search platforms – working closely with analytics team to optimize marketing spend based on CAC goals
〈 Lead a team of bright, early-career digital marketers to define & execute channel-level strategies
〈 Work closely with engineering & product teams to optimize landing pages, conversion funnels & onboarding experiences
〈 Collaborate with cross-functional partners on campaign messaging, creative & content
Basic Qualifications
〈 3+ years experience managing multiple digital marketing channels (paid search, display, email, social, SEO, etc.)
〈 1+ years experience as an inspirational leader of high performing teams
〈 Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills (in-depth excel experience is required; SQL is a plus)
〈 Experience prioritizing, managing and reliably delivering against multiple projects with tight timelines and high expectations
〈 Experience with digital performance management (Kenshoo/Marin Software/etc.) and analytics packages – (Google Analytics/Omniture/WebTrends/etc.)
