Job Description
The Sr. Marketing Campaign Managerplays an important part of PlayerLync’s GTM strategy across partners and direct sales. The position requires a highly experienced and detailed individual with a creative side. Creativity should come from a combination or insightful data, experience and the willingness to push boundaries or take risks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, launch and manage marketing campaigns across all PlayerLync channels and all business segments – inbound, outbound, direct, indirect and partner
- Track results against KPIs and create reporting and communicate plans, direction, results and improvements to all PlayerLync teams – particularly Sales, Marketing, Channels, Product, Customer Success
- Implement scalable process and campaigns for both quarterly results and long term annual or bi-annual results
- Create campaigns which support the entire Marketing & Sales funnels and the 3 revenue stages in the revenue lifecycle – New Funnel growth, Sales & Closing, Ongoing Customer Upsell
- Plan, execute and optimize software demand generation campaigns
- Devise campaigns and programs that touch the entire Buyer Journey
- Create referral programs and campaigns to increase Advocacy
- Help Drive event attendance and trade show traffic
- Conceptualize, propose and execute marketing campaigns, from Creative to Copy to Results by defining clear objectives and goal which tie back to defined strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Create multiple A/B testing scenarios to obtain proof points and inflection decisions throughout the campaigns
- Work closely with Channel partners to drive outcomes through marketing campaigns and tactics
- Ensure the right messaging is reaching the right audiences and support copy and campaign decisions with metrics and data
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of proven marketing experience in planning, developing, executing, and measuring digital & traditional marketing campaigns for a SaaS or B2B technology company
- Only individuals with strong copy writing skills will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with design software skills.
- Must have a team oriented competitive drive and a winner’s attitude
- Strong track record of driving rapid lead and revenue growth through highly creative and measured marketing
- Experience and understanding of buyer journey and ABM
- Expert knowledge of buyer motivation and decision making, demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, online marketing, channel marketing, webinars
- Analytical skills and data driven tenacity to achieving goals and ROI
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively and constructively
- Ability to multi-task/multi-project and prioritize and unafraid to halt/shift activities midflight based on observations and quantifiable results
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. Master’s Degree highly preferred
- Experience with SalesForce.com, HubSpot and other marketing automation and ABM and content management tools
- Potential for small amounts of travel – 2 weeks annually.
