Growth Marketing Senior Manager (Boulder, Colorado)

Your impact at SumUp

As a Growth Marketing Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for building multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. You’ll leverage marketing best practices and end-to-end optimization strategies to help SumUp meet our ambitious acquisition goals while increasing awareness, engagement, and conversion of SumUp products. You’ll evaluate campaign performance on a daily basis and use data-driven insights to improve our marketing efforts. You will provide guidance and leadership to the growth team.
This role sits within our Marketing team. We’re a diverse group working in the fields of Product Marketing, Online Marketing, Brand, CRM, Content, CRO, and Social Media. Together, we devise innovative strategies to grow SumUp’s brand, attract new customers, and keep existing merchants excited about our products. Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize campaigns across paid media channels and deliver on measurable results
  • Own and execute growth marketing initiatives for SumUp
  • Support marketing activities across a cross-functional marketing pipeline
  • Work closely with content and brand to deliver ads and content with exceptional conversion rates
  • Foster a data-driven mindset to help the marketing team evaluate the impact of all campaigns and support them on identifying the learnings, by constantly conducting A/B experiments that can be used as benchmarks for future activities. 
  • Leverage statistical data analysis models to continuously identify opportunities for optimizing the customer journey, improving the customer experience, and driving conversions
  • Mentor the performance marketing team and help keep the focus on the biggest business drivers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field required.
  • Min. 5-7 years of paid digital marketing experience with a focus on generating ROI driven results
  • Previous advertising experience with Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn (Amazon a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions and share meaningful metrics.
  • Execution focused and goal oriented, with excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and quickly execute high quality work.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and agile with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.

SumUp is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The salary range for this position in Boulder, CO is $90,000 to $120,000.  Compensation will be finalized by candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
