Role Responsibilities: Bluprint is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Marketing
Operations Manager who’s driven by both intellectual curiosity and a passion for building
scalable marketing stacks.
Bluprint’s Senior Marketing Operations Manager will:
● Be responsible for driving growth through effective implementation of processes, technology, and
analytics for the marketing organization.
● Provide accurate, insightful analysis into channel and business performance to drive decision
making throughout the organization, acting as liaison between Marketing, Analytics, Data Science
and IT.
● Manage implementation and optimization of marketing automation platforms and related system
integrations, working closely with IT, and other functions as needed.
● Partner with IT and Business Intelligence teams to develop and manage data governance best
practices to ensure the highest level of data quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability through
policies, standards, and procedures.
● Implement and track digital marketing campaigns using web analytics to improve channel
and campaign performance, while maximizing return of marketing campaign.

Qualifications/Requirements:
● 7+ years in marketing operations and/or marketing automation platforms, or a closely-related role.
● In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior with demonstrated ability to turn insight into action by leveraging key digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Social, Affiliate, Shopping, Display/Remarketing) to capture and create demand.
● Demonstrated ability to lead small, agile, cross-functional teams; particularly within the context of defining, solving, driving abstract business problems through to resolution.
● Proficiency with Javascript, CSS, modern HTML, and SQL; with an eye towards maintaining push/pull integrations between 3rd party platforms, internal reporting databases, and e-commerce inventory management systems.
● Heavy marketing-systems focus with deep experience in e-commerce, split testing, funnel development, API integrations, feed management, analytics and attribution.
● Natural ability to effectively communicate results and implications both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.

Desired Characteristics:
● Though not a requirement, you’ll likely have a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or Computer Science
● Have a strong technology and project management background with hands on experience in building the process and systems through which digital marketing campaigns are created, executed, and measured; ensuring those systems continue to work in concert to provide reliable insights and consistent audience/list segmentation.
● Have experience working with: Google 360, Looker, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, and third-parties such as Criteo, Facebook and Google.
● Have extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting and attribution methodologies.
