Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing that will thrive in a fast-paced, cutting edge, technology-driven environment. This role will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of dedicated marketing professionals to creating and leveraging ecreate marketing assets and campaigns existing assets to influence and engage the RingCentral partner community. The channel marketing team mandate is to promote the RingCentral channel partner program through partner engagement, industry outlets, analyst relationships, social media, in-market events and online presence. You and your team will tell stories through crafting campaigns and content that drive user growth and engagement, as well as, managing deliverable's and relationships. Utilizing your sales and management skills, you will drive sales promoting activities and foster harmonious relationships with master agent stakeholders and various stakeholders. Internally, you will work with marketers, account managers, press and analyst relations and cross-functional teams to identify marketing goals, crafting campaigns and content to support them and project manage from inception to completion. Externally, your team will help build awareness for RingCentral in the master agent and sub-agent communities, channel partner community, developing relationships for co-marketing opportunities and promoting success stories of companies doing great things with RingCentral.
Responsibilities
-Develop, execute, and implement marketing plans that incorporate all touch points of marketing.
-Manage assigned accounts through first-rate knowledge of marketing trends, product positioning, market opportunities, and relationships.
-Act as the project manager for material coordination by interfacing with participating vendor and internal stakeholders.
-Develop material tracking tools for effective program management and reporting.
-Participate in the planning and development of master agent and sub-agent channel partner events, including agenda development, event flow, pre-event marketing, on-site participation and collateral.
-Provide internal programmatic marketing support by understanding vendor objectives and recommending an appropriate mix of marketing programs.
-Write for differing audiences through partner channel communications.
-Work with creative team to develop assets to support marketing goals, customizing for individual vendors' needs and values.
Qualifications & Skills
-Education: Bachelor's degree required
-Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience preferably in the high-tech computer related environment.
-Experience managing and motivating a team of dedicated marketing professionals is required
-Experience creating and analyzing campaign performance reports is required.
-Experience working cross-functionally to execute projects is required.
-Experience developing and implementing channel marketing programs is preferred.
-Ability to develop business marketing and sales plans.
-Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to develop and execute presentations with a high degree of creativity.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and quickly.
-Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and have strong time management skills.
-Experience developing and executing on digital marketing plans.
