Sr. Director, Global Partner Marketing & Alliances - REMOTE
Job Description
Conga is hiring a Senior Director, Global Partner & Alliances Marketing to join our growing team of talented and collaborative marketing professionals. We’re looking for an experienced marketer to lead out global partner marketing team and provide expert guidance in marketing to, through, and with our partners to build a marketing plan to engage and educate key partners to sell and implement Conga solutions. You have experience launching campaigns and co-marketing programs and have successfully launched partner marketing initiatives in the past. You’re creative, but also love thinking about the whole marketing funnel and making decisions based on data. You’re excited to hit the ground running and use your experience to get to know and build successful long-term relationships with our partners.
Responsibilities:
Develop, deliver, and optimize global partner marketing strategies to drive demand and accelerate Alliances, SI, and ISV partner contributions to pipeline and revenue.
Mentor and develop partner marketing team members and prioritize continuous learning and leadership improvement opportunities.
Manage and oversee demand gen and co-marketing plans with partners to contribute to partner sourced and influenced pipeline.
Oversee programmatic activation of partner enablement strategies to educate and enable partners to deliver the value of Conga’s solutions to their customers and expand their consulting practices.
Effectively communicate Conga’s value prop through the development and management of one-to-many communication channels and programs to inform partners of updated and new solutions, trainings, and other selling and technical partner resources.
Align with Portfolio Marketing, Global Campaigns, and Field Marketing teams to extend reach, increase responses and conversion rates, close deals faster, and drive increased ROI with and through partners.
Work closely with Corporate Marketing and Events team to deliver impactful partner engagement through events, content, and joint-promotion experiences and channels.
Serve as a direct partner, champion, and extension to the internal Conga Partner and Sales teams to ensure strategy alignment, program visibility, and achievement of target outcomes.
Build and nurture direct relationships with marketing peers within key partner accounts.
Collaborate with global partner, regional marketing, and sales teams to localize co-marketing programs, initiatives, and events.
Own budget and reporting on program effectiveness of co-marketing funds invested with partners to optimize ROI and analyze and measure the overall outcomes of demand gen programs with, through, and to partners.
Dream big on ways to challenge the process. Get creative and test new ways to deliver partner generated pipeline that converts.
Qualifications:
6+ years relevant experience within B2B software space and a passion for partner marketing.
Salesforce partner ecosystem and SaaS experience highly preferred.
High performing team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited University
The pay range for this position in Colorado is minimum $166,131.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
