As a Senior Marketing Manager for Spectralink you will develop marketing strategies that align with corporate business objectives and global marketing priorities. This includes creating and managing marketing programs, sales enablement tools, and demand generation efforts to drive sales revenues and market share. You will work closely with sales, as well as other cross-functional teams and outside agencies to refine programs and accelerate customer consideration, sales and loyalty. 

What you'll be doing:  

Branding 

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute new brand positioning, incorporating a mix of solution, employee and partner value.
  • Direct Spectralink's North American company branding to ensure consistency throughout all outbound collateral, website, etc. Maintain consistency in voice throughout all communications
  • Assist with simple design work as needed (banner sizing, PPT clean-up, etc.)

 Market Insights 

  • Uncover end user and partner insights to improve engagement; launch a regular cadence of marketing and sales initiatives based on these insights.
  • Manage database lists for vertical and technology markets

 Sales Enablement 

  • Manage development of end user facing content including sales tools, presentation decks, white papers, case studies, infographics, eBooks, and corporate videos.
  • Assist with partner content development – repurposed existing content for the partner audience

 Demand Generation 

  • Manage the lead generation platform and digital campaign strategy, incorporating multi-touch campaigns. Track effectiveness of digital campaigns through Pardot, marketing automation software.
  • Collaborate with sales to coordinate the lead handoff process, tracking lead conversion from MQL to SQL-Opportunity to Close. 
  • Manage budget, metrics and lead flow
  • Manage reports on digital response rates and user engagement
  • Promote events through web, social or email pre- and post-event
  • Event management support for regional shows and events

 Communication 

  • Manage all PR efforts including writing press releases and managing a local PR firm. Write copy for company newsletters, social media, websites and other digital media outlets
  • Review internal and external communications for consistency in brand and voice
  • Schedule and deploy marketing messages based on communications calendar and targeted lists
  • Create Pardot templates for newsletters, campaign emails, event invites, etc.

What we'd like you to have 

  • BA/BS in Marketing, or related degree, with at least 10 years of experience in a technical environment developing, executing and measuring marketing programs. Experience marketing Telecom, IT, or B2B hardware solutions a plus.
  • Strong program, time, and project management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.   
  • Thorough understanding of the broader organization and the ability to work well cross functionally, problem solving and removing organizational obstacles to success. 
  • Solid experience in marketing automation and CRM software tools to leverage functionality and impact. We use Pardot and SFDC.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for all areas of Marketing.
  • Strong ability to self-direct and manage multiple priorities simultaneously with little oversight.  

Location: Boulder, CO (Relocation assistance available for anyone looking for 300+ days of sunshine)
