Job Description / Qualifications

As simPRO’s Social Media Specialist, you will shape our external voice on a variety of social media platforms. This is a dynamic role with high visibility that will blend a mix of organization, creativity, detail, editorial skill and a strong understanding of modern social media dynamics and tools.

You will work to create, amplify, and measure our social media marketing programs.

You will work collaboratively with marketing, design, product and sales team members to develop product and theme-based social media content to publish across channels—Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter—toward a B2B audience. You will monitor social data, trends, influencers and conversations, identifying and pursuing new ways to engage with our audience of employees, customers and prospects.


Social Media Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing simPRO’s global social media strategy to strengthen brand identity, engagement and grow a global audience
  • Day-to-day management of global corporate social media channels (LI, Twitter, IG & Facebook).
  • Create and maintain the monthly social content calendar
  • Write engaging copy for posts across channels
  • Coordinate original social content in various formats, including simple branded video/audio clips, GIFs, graphs, diagrams, etc. with the help of our brand/design department
  • Establish an interactive relationship with the target audience by responding and managing engagement activity
  • Promote employee engagement and advocacy of corporate posts through the use of tools such as Sociouu
  • Set goals, measure and analyze channel performance using measurement tools such as Falcon and Google Analytics, sharing insights with marketing, and adjusting strategy accordingly
  • Coordinate paid social media campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
  • Work closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, Content and Brand teams to ensure alignment of messages and that all outreach is being serviced

What you'll bring:

  • A great attitude and enthusiasm for developing creative and powerful strategies to engage and connect with audiences across all channels
  • Experience with social media content creation and distribution
  • Understanding of social media analytics and measurement tools
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Well-honed interpersonal and relationship-building skills that facilitate strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Experience working directly with all levels of employees from front line to executive staff
  • Experience leveraging creative approaches to tackling communication challenges in engaging ways
  • Successful project management skills
  • Experience working with social media management tools such as Falcon and Sociouu

Our offices are located in the Interlocken office park in Broomfield CO with beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains. The office has easy access off the US-36 E/Denver Boulder Turnpike and is located 30 minutes north of Denver and 20 minutes south of Boulder.

We shifted to a Flex4 workday in February. What does that mean? Employees work a 32 hour week while getting paid for 40. We are empowering our people to work the way they want to - a hybrid work model and optimal flexibility. Survey results have shown that while work time has decreased, burnout and stress have also decreased.



How does the company support your career growth?

Everyone has an equal chance to be recognised and promoted. In the past 7 years, I have gotten promoted & have seen employees uplevel to other positions. I have seen people move from support office to product, new uni graduate who became a dev team lead. There is plenty of opportunity.
