About JumpCloud
Do you enjoy solving challenging problems using the latest technologies within a great team? Is knowing your work will be highly visible and mission critical a key component for the next step in your career? At JumpCloud, we’re looking for best-in-class talent to help define the future of modern identity and device management from the ground up.
JumpCloud reimagines directory services to transform how IT gives employees secure and easy access to technology. The rise of cloud, web apps, and remote work made it hard for IT to secure employees while supporting their need to work however and wherever they want: as a result IT teams have wrestled with an increasing number of identity, access, and device management products as they try to recreate what Active Directory achieved in an on-premises only world. The JumpCloud’s directory platform gives IT and DevOps a modern solution to securely manage and connect users to IT resources regardless of platform, provider, protocol, or location. With JumpCloud, organizations increase employee productivity and protect identities. https://jumpcloud.com/

A passion for tech and an ability to quickly adapt will help you quickly level up in this role.
What you’ll be doing:

Write, curate, and post/schedule exceptional and unique social media copy for each channel (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook) based on target personas.
Maintain social media editorial calendar.
Collaborate with the Content Team to keep an eye on what’s trending and make recommendations for specific content to create.
Design and work with an agency to deliver compelling images/graphics to go with social media posts and promotions.
Browse the web daily to identify relevant and timely content to be shared on social platforms.
Run and optimize promoted posts and sponsored content on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Engage with comments and mentions of our brand on social media platforms, review sites, and forums, directing technical questions to the right subject matter expert and crafting well-written responses based on technical feedback.
Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging.
Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach and overall brand awareness.
Support the Communications + Community teams in executing influencer marketing campaigns.
We’re looking for:
1-2 years of experience working with social media, preferably in B2B SaaS or in the tech space, with strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and communicate well across multiple team members to keep everyone informed
Experience running and optimizing sponsored content, promoted posts, and follower campaigns on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube
Social media management and analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite are your go-to resources for staying organized and getting things done on time.
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
Basic media editing skills
You love a challenge and are always looking at what the current winning trends are on social and how you can apply them to your job.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
