For many of are clients, we act as their marketing department managing strategy, implementation, optimization, and reporting. We are looking for another #awesome person to join our growing team! We are currently hiring for a social media and content marketing specialist to develop engaging content for digital consumption. We need someone who is detail oreinted, passionate about social media, and interested in using analytics with the ability to complete whatever task is thrown there way. Being a small company, we get to wear a lot of hats making each day fun and interesting. If you enjoy improving your skillset, developing creative solutions, and contributing to the success of a project, you will love working at Red Egg.

What you’ll be doing:

• Curating and posting content to a wide variety of social media outlets
• Tracking engagement and using analytics to improve services
• Proofing and editing content
• Researching and writing articles for blogs, whitepapers, and website copy
• Performing some administrative tasks
• Attending networking events

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Superior writing skills
• Strong understanding of marketing on social media including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Strong understanding of social media analytics
• Experience with creating and tracking Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn marketing and advertising campaigns
• Ability to use Hootsuite or another social media dashboard
• Experience with WordPress
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Skills and experience that would help:

• SEO experience
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Graphic design and/or photo editing skills
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
