Role description:
This is a full time, on-site position in our Denver office working with the Web Content Specialists and Account Management to optimize our 1,000+ client's sites. If you have experience with search engine optimization, keyword research, meta data, and reporting, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and identify client's sites for areas of improvement
  • Identify and fix traffic and conversion issues using Google Analytics
  • Perform technical and content audits
  • Oversee SEO efforts for website migrations from start to finish
  • Conduct 30, 60, and 90-day reporting after a website goes live
  • Perform keyword research and identify keywords to gain organic traffic
  • Write optimized meta data to improve site performance
  • Analyze SEO techniques used by competitors and industry experts
  • Monitor algorithm updates and implement changes to stay ahead of the curve
  • Work within Google Analytics to identify issues and areas of improvement
  • Educate peers and clients on SEO guidelines

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of SEO experience
  • Solid ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems
  • A strong passion for SEO and digital marketing
  • Self-starter and quick learner who enjoys jumping into new tasks
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Fluent in English (any other languages are a plus)

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience working for an agency or eCommerce site
  • Site migration experience
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Technical, local, content-related SEO experience
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Experience working with SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, MOZ
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Have the desire to improve and grow within the organization
