BEING AN SEO SPECIALIST

This position works directly under our Digital Manager. As an SEO Specialist, you’ll analyze, adjust, and build various marketing practices to increase our clients’ and our company’s appearance in search engine results. You’ll increase web traffic, focus on conversion rates, and develop new, unique ways to engage our diverse audiences. The perfect combo of creative and hard working, the ideal candidate will blend a clear understanding of data with a passion for growth, allowing you to dig into campaigns, understand performance metrics, and create new strategies. We’ve been changing the way people view and utilize digital marketing in the real estate space, and we don’t intend on slowing down. WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization

• Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities

• Analyze organic traffic, collect data, and provide strategies for improvement

• Create and manage directory listings

• Facilitate the writing, creation, and posting of backlink articles

• Develop SEO assessments and translate them into technical and/or copy requirements

• Perform regular maintenance and budgeting on active accounts

WHAT YOU NEED 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field

• Experience in marketing with a focus on SEO

• Experience in HTML or PHP programming, database management software, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords

• Experience in copywriting and editing with excellent proofreading skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on customer service

• Located in Denver to work in-house with the Agency FIFTY3 team
