The Position:

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone with a highly strategic, analytical, and creative mind, with a problem-solver mentality that can add value quickly for AOR and our clients. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Required Skills:

• Daily technical and on-page SEO for B2B and B2C client websites using tools like Moz, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
• Monthly web maintenance and SEO reports using Google Analytics and Data Studio and be able to analyze results for the client.
• Stay current on SEO industry trends and best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for web strategy, digital analytics, and data analysis.
• Work closely with AOR’s web design/development team to create seamlessly coordinated SEO programs that deliver measurable results.
• Consistent ideation to increase the reach, efficacy, and profitability of initiatives for our clients and AOR.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong experience (and certifications where relevant) with a variety of web tools including:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Bing Webmasters
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Data Studio
  • Moz
  • SEMrush
  • Heat Mapping (Crazy Egg, Optimizely, etc)
  • Call Tracking (Invoca, Dialogtech, etc)
• Recent link building knowledge and experience.
• Digital marketing knowledge and experience with platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and MailChimp.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial nature.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience creating and tracking key performance indicators.
• Success partnering and working on a team.
• Innovative and creative problem-solving mindset.
• Strong analytical focus with the ability to independently implement optimization findings.
• Marketing Agency experience preferred.
