What is this opportunity?

SEO Outreach Manager

Our SEO department is growing, and we are seeking an SEO Outreach Manager in either our Denver Tech Center office or our London Shoreditch office.

This position combines the creative elements of public relations with the analytical side of search marketing. Our core brands — Dice.com and eFinancialCareers — have extensive libraries of great web content and user-friendly tools to help professionals advance their careers. Now we just need someone to tell the world about them.

You’ll be tasked with developing and executing the strategies to put our content in front of influencers and keep them engaged, resulting in improved performance in organic search.

·        Work as part of the SEO team to develop a core outreach and link building strategy for SEO.

·        Effectively pitch our content and campaigns to busy journalists and publishers.

·        Gain placements on high-quality publisher sites.

·        Identify key influencers in our niche and build relationships with them in order to develop more successful outreach channels.

·        Collaborate with the social media and editorial teams to execute on your outreach strategy.

Build quality, white-hat links to our websites to improve organic search performance.

What are we requiring for this role?

·        5+ years in SEO, public relations or organic social media.

·        A proven track record of success in previous fields, including an active list of media contacts.

·        University degree in marketing, public relations, journalism or a similar field.

 ·        Understanding of the fundamentals of SEO.

·        Skilled with relationship management tools like Buzzstream.

·        Skilled in using influencer marketing tools like FollowerWonk and BuzzSumo to research and contact influencers.
