Position Summary:
The SEO Content Coordinator will be responsible for helping drive on-page and off-page initiatives to help position The CE Shop’s website higher in search engine results pages. This includes doing keyword research, monitoring rankings, creating outlines, and building links.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the company’s day to day SEO content initiatives
- Lead SEO content strategies as well as contribute to the company’s overall SEO strategy and initiatives
- Measure, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of SEO content initiatives
- Create content outlines based on keyword research and competitive analysis
- Lead link building efforts to increase the site’s domain authority
- Conduct content audits and gap analyses and make recommendations for optimizations
- Become a subject matter and audience specialist that helps position our content and help evolve its format based on user’s needs
- Other duties as assigned

- Mastery of Excel
- Experience with the Google platform (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Hangouts, Google Analytics)
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, Basecamp, Flow, ClickUp)

Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years in an SEO content focused position preferably with an eCommerce platform
- Hands on experience in link-building
- Experience researching keywords to target through SERP & Gap Analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platform
- Experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Moz, Brightedge, Sitebulb, SEM Rush or other SEO platforms
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Experience with interpreting large amounts of data for actionable insights
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages
- Self-motivated and able to consistently execute ideas from initial concept to end product
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, feels comfortable with meta, H1, H2, etc.
- Knowledge of, or experience with, any of the following including HTML, Javascript, or JSON desired
- Experience with Drupal desired
