We are seeking a high-energy, organized and innovative individual who wants to grow their career at a fast-paced startup in healthcare. As a new role reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Search Engine Optimization Manager, will be responsible for overseeing internal and external operations to support our Organic Search strategy.  This role will need a data-driven marketing leader with a passion for process and project management in digital marketing.  Touching all aspects of the consumer funnel, this role’s responsibilities will support multiple internal business lanes including D2C, B2B, Design, Analytics and more. What You'll Do

  • Hands-on day-to-day management for Organic Search and Local Listings 
  • Build and prioritize market- level opportunities to position DispatchHealth in SERPs 
  • Team with marketing leaders to define investment strategies, identify tactics best suited to reach our target audiences, and prioritize critical KPIs 
  • Develop a “test-measure-learn” approach and produce clear reporting on audience performance, leading to data-driven decisions that improve business results 
  • Maintain ongoing reporting of demand generation KPIs, campaign effectiveness  
  • Serve as internal liaison to support project delivery on time and on budget  
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement with internal stakeholders through ongoing reporting and collaboration 
  • Support up to date on latest trends and analysis for the SEO space 
  • Provide product roadmaps to support ongoing product evolution and adoption 
  • Monitor website performance and provide ongoing recommendations for improving website traffic and conversion rate 
  • Create and maintain executive-level dashboards for internal stakeholders 

Proficiency with: 

  • Digital tools (GMB, Data Studio, Optimize, Google Search Console) 
  • Analytics and data platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Excel) 
  • CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle or similar) 
  • Marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce or similar)  
  • Project management (Asana, Trello, or similar) 

What You Need

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing planning, execution and reporting 
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial and eager to take ownership 
  • Possess outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and research skills 
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with extreme attention to detail 
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels 
  • Experience working within fast-growing companies, and know-how to scale demand generation 
  • Ability to present complex concepts and analysis in a clear, succinct, and organized manner 
  • Technical acumen with a track record to quickly learn new skills and assimilate new technologies 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with deep cross-functional collaboration is required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required 
  • Agency experience required 

Preferred: 

  • Relevant experience working with multi-unit or franchise businesses 
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C environment 
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus but not required
