SEO Account Manager

Over the last 5 years, AdCellerant has grown from a few founders to a team of 52 talented, hard-working individuals leading the industry in supporting local marketers. This team helps execute sophisticated digital advertising campaigns in Programmatic, Native, Video, Mobile, Search Engine Marketing, Email, and Search Engine Optimization.
Role Details: Now active in 5 countries and over 300 markets, the AdCellerant team is looking to hire a SEO Account Manager to help strategically support new and existing campaigns via our strategic partnerships. The SEO Account Manager will be primarily managing our top-tier accounts, as well as supporting partners during the pre and post-sale process. This includes maintaining clear and effective communication to all parties within the sales channel, identifying SEO opportunities along with suggested actions to enhance partnerships, and applicability of SEO products.
This role will keep your attention, motivate you to continually improve, solidify your knowledge base, and develop a set of skills that are vital for continued professional growth. It will offer the opportunity to experience SEO product development and execution first-hand.

Here’s what you’ll be doing / Job Responsibilities
- Manage top-tier SEO accounts by developing and maintaining communication and workflow per account, track monthly activities, and present monthly reporting.
- Coordinate with fulfillment on strategy direction and deliverables to ensure positive, timely progression of SEO campaigns.
- Support SEO pre-sales funnel by maintaining effective communication and remaining a SEO resource for partners and clients alike.
- Monitor SEO tickets for opportunities to support conversation, mitigate lingering concerns / confusion, and provide unique, holistic suggestions.
- Mid-funnel support of sales and nurture down-funnel via ticketing and CRM systems.
- Maintain existing partner / advertiser relationships to grow client / partner retention.
- Develop a strong partnership with the SEO Channel Director.
- Create and present training resources to partners to support in driving partner sales via knowledge share and confidence-building training tactics.
- Identify opportunities and solutions for day-to-day product and process improvement.
Here’s what we’re looking for / Qualifications
- 4+ years working and communicating with clients focused on digital marketing, analytics data, operations and/or advertising campaign conversations.
- 3+ years executing SEO campaigns including content creation, technical SEO, keyword research / targeting, and link acquisition required.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other third-party SEO performance and analytics tools required.
- 3+ years in sales or sales management role at a digital advertising company preferred.
- Experience with SalesForce or a similar CRM preferred.
- Agency experience highly preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively lead client communication.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of an organization.
- Ability to compartmentalize, prioritize and execute upon multiple projects at once.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
