Job Description
We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need for focus on growing our SaaS platform. This role will act as the company's web and content subject matter expert and collaborate with our global marketing teams to develop a roadmap for our content strategy leveraging web properties, SEO, web personalization and more.
- Day to day management and optimization of the Vendavo website
- Manage ongoing content updates to the Vendavo website, including copy, content/resources and SEO, video, tools etc., to keep the experience fresh, engaging, and relevant.
- Conduct comprehensive and regular going analysis of web performance, tracking and reporting out on relevant KPIs to drive decision making across the marketing org
- Identify, recommend, and execute improvements for website, SEO and content optimization
- Develop and execute an effective strategy to elevate the Vendavo website and to drive significant inbound traffic that converts
- Test, optimize and implement best practices and learnings for website conversions.
- Assess content effectiveness, and drive alignment between marketing campaign narratives and the website user experience and KPIs.
- Manage site localization strategy and content translation projects.
- Drive web content personalization strategy, implementation, testing and optimization.
- Manage outside SEO and web agencies and consultants
- Work hand in hand with product marketing and sales enablement to prioritize content development themes, along with outside consultants and writers
- Manage content library and calendar for entire marketing team
- Co-manage internal and external writers contributing to the Vendavo Blog and resource center
- Write blogs and general content from start to finish for the website on a regular basis
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' digital marketing experience including defining website information architecture, layout, and navigation
- 3 years' demonstrable experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other web related tools.
- Proven experience managing global web properties that drive B2B customer acquisition
- Demonstrated proficiency in web management, optimization, analytics, and reporting
- Ability to story tell with data and to provide reporting and dashboards to team including recommendations for improving engagement results and the customer experience.
- Knowledge of PPC advertising tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Adwords Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM platforms (e.g. Demand Base) and Web and optimization platforms
- HTML/CSS, Wordpress
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer focus – obsessed with customer outcomes
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel skills.
