An Insider's view of Trustpilot

What's something quirky about your company?

Something quirky about our company is definitely my team! Trustpilot may be the only review website with a team dedicated to ensuring genuine feedback is staying online. We never remove reviews just because they’re negative or because the company doesn’t agree with them.

I love that my team is directly tied to upholding the mission of the company.

What projects are you most excited about?

As a Customer Success Manager at Trustpilot, my typical day consists of customer meetings and outreach, analyzing and compiling review data, prospecting for upsell opportunities, and helping my customers get the most out of their subscriptions. I have an amazing manager and team who support and celebrate one another!

Marcello

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I joined Trustpilot in 2019 as a Mid-market Account Executive, and after one year I was promoted to Senior Account Executive. Six months into this role I was promoted again to a Key Account Executive. After being in an independent contributor role for 3 years, I am now a team lead where I mentor others and take on more management responsibilities.

What does your typical day look like?

In my day-to-day role I answer emails and handle various requests from both internal teams and external customers, educating and ensuring that the Trustpilot guidelines are being met. Also, my days are filled with training and meetings so that I can stay on top of things.
