Senior Product Marketing Manager - Microsoft at Pax8
The Senior Product Marketing Manager of Microsoft develops, supports, plans, and manages all aspects of integrated marketing campaigns for dedicated solution area for Pax8, to ensure that we achieve our ambitious business growth objectives. They manage the relationship with stakeholders across the business and Marketing to provide counsel and management of campaigns from development of the brief and implementation of high-quality work to tracking, optimizing, and sharing out performance metrics to stakeholders. The Senior Manager oversees the overall ROI of each campaign (and everything that impacts it) which is the primary remit and key metric of success. They focus on high-visibility strategic campaigns that require seasoned support and oversight, to develop a repeatable, scalable management process.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Use a strategic mindset and insight-driven counsel to formulate bi-annual marketing plans with the intention of acquiring both new and increasing our vendor penetration with our existing partner base which includes end-to-end management of all campaigns with clear communication around ROI expectations and performance to all stakeholders and SMEs
- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and media specialists who will deliver much of the campaign activity
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including ad performance, web analysis, email engagement, and evaluation of KPIs. Then, use this information to optimize the current campaign in market, inform future campaigns, and to provide strategic recommendations
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and Academy/Microsoft to ensure constant alignment to balance opportunities against business goals and resource constraints
- Ensure that Pax8’s brand and identity is maintained and adhered across all campaigns
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Ten (10) to twelve (12) years of relevant experience, agency, or enterprise marketing experience
- Experience with both demand-generation and brand awareness marketing across the digital ecosystem
- Excellent writing and persuasive speaking skills with experience pitching ideas and reporting measurement while uncovering key insights
- Experience implementing scalable methods and sharing them across marketing and nonmarketing leadership
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment
- Experience with project management software (Wrike, and Salesforce, a plus)
- Highly organized and process driven with an extreme attention to detail
- Excellent organizational. problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-motivated and results oriented
- Exceptional listening and learning skills to anticipate stakeholder needs
Required Education & Certifications:
- A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $130,000 or more depending on experience
