We’re looking for a driven, growth-oriented and innovative full-time, Senior Media Strategist to help lead client business, run tactical programs and drive growth and health of our client programs. If you are a big-picture thinker and a fast learner, please read on.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for paid media campaigns (including strategic campaign development, planning, vendor management and negotiation, advertising execution, optimization, managing creative processes, trafficking, reporting) across full-funnel digital tactics including programmatic, partner direct, out of home, etc.
  • Cultivate relationships with media vendors, draft and submit RFPs, evaluate proposals, provide media POVs and reconcile media buys
  • Experience executing self-managed programmatic programs in-platform preferred
  • Aid client team in the development of paid media strategies for a diverse range of agency clients, including complex, global B2B and B2C organizations with multiple business units
  • Utilize paid media to help articulate and sell complex products and solutions through marketing programs
  • Serves as a singular voice and leader for tactical media programs (including media, search and social media) within assigned client vertical
  • Advanced knowledge of campaign and platform analytics and the ability to use data to determine ideal budgets across channels & measure program effectiveness against KPIs and business outcomes
  • Experience collaborating with teams on digital program strategy, including direct integration with social media, PPC, SEO and analytics and insights a plus
  • Interface directly with storytelling and design team to provide direction for the creation of visual and written assets
  • Strong relationship and presentation skills with internal team and client stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business management
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, PR or social media
  • 3+ years of experience within a (preferably digital) agency environment 
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviors and digital trends
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and proven experience developing and managing to performance metrics
  • Knowledge of marketing research and measurement tools/partners
  • Expertise in platforms including Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
  • Preferred experience in programmatic DSP, marketing tech platforms or ability to quickly learn new platforms
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage against aggressive timelines with the flexibility to meet rapidly shift priorities
  • Impeccable attention to detail and quality assurance (QA) while working under tight deadlines and within budget
  • Proven successful direct client relationships
