Senior Marketing Ops Analyst

As our Sr. Marketing Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the Marketing Ops and Lead Generation team to use technology, data, and measurement systems to anticipate new opportunities, improve or optimize our current campaigns, and effectively support a data-driven marketing engine.

Technology
- Maintain the marketing technology stack so that meets the needs of the business, is effective in engaging customers, and provides scale to our customer communications
- Regularly communicate marketing “engine” findings and recommendations around performance in a way that is clear and actionable
- Contribute to a high performing tech stack by performing regular audit “sprints” on all systems. Translate all findings into actionable solutions based on best practices
- Evaluate/analyze innovative systems/platforms that will improve lead generation and pipeline velocity
Data
- Manage data flow in the marketing tech stack (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoom integrations, etc.) to ensure the quality of data is flowing correctly between systems
- Manage the data strategy and ensure analytics workflows support Marketing’s report development
- Serve as a primary source of analytic oversight within the Marketing team, identifying inconsistencies/dependencies in data and working with stakeholders to take necessary next steps
- Provide accurate, trusted, regular operational updates and ad hoc consulting to identify root causes, investigate hypotheses, and provide fact-based recommendations
Scalability
- Help design, implement, and scale reporting to provide a holistic understanding of lead generation performance, attribution, growth drivers, engagement, and trending
- Contribute and support funnel optimization, ideal customer profiling, and buyer journey mapping
- Drive the proper market/product segmentation and campaign forecasting process to model potential campaign goals
Alignment
- Own the documentation process, and create internal playbooks or workbooks related to the tech stack integrations, marketing automation, campaign templating, sales or customer success enablement
- Correspond with our finance team to prepare marketing funnel metrics used for both financial forecasting and KPI reporting
- Work with multiple technical business teams to quickly diagnose, prioritize and scope marketing measurement implementation needs that will help deliver insights to optimize the business
- Assist in proper launch of campaigns that include multi-channel planning, scheduling, and communication to the marketing and sales teams
Here’s what you’ll bring with you:
- 3+ years of relevant strategy and analytics experience in a fast paced SaaS environment preferred
- Extensive and recent hands-on experience with HubSpot for digital marketing, along with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience in managing, tracking, and ensuring success of marketing operations projects
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Experience with reporting, measuring and analyzing all metrics associated with campaign specific efforts
- Salesforce reporting/dashboards, HubSpot Reporting/Dashboards, DataBox, Klipfolio reporting experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in optimizing marketing tech stacks with tangible impact on company efficiency
- The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location:
Please note that this role is based in Denver, CO. Though we have some flexibility on timing for relocation, we are not considering permanently remote candidates at this time.
Compensation:
Base salary of $75K-$85K + Eligible for incentive compensation, based on performance targets, of 10% - 20% depending on qualifications and structure of the overall compensation package.
