Job Description
Brandfolder is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our fast-paced team. Your primary role will be to measure, monitor, and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and implement the tools and processes necessary to drive meaningful results. You’ll have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and makes us a better, smarter company. Is that you? Here’s a little more on what we’re seeking:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage the technical aspects and implementation of key marketing tools such as marketing automation platforms, multi-touch attribution, and integration with Salesforce
Build sustainable and extensible reporting on key marketing metrics
Become the primary owner of campaign and lead management
Monitor data and provide recommendations for improvement across every marketing channel
Scope out and build amazingly personalized ABM campaigns to our key prospects
Build and implement lead and account scoring models
Establish the company’s first multi-touch attribution model
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
3-5 years in a marketing operations role
BA/BS ideally in marketing, operations, economics, data analytics, or programming related fields
Extensive Marketo experience
Deep Salesforce knowledge
Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with Marketo, Salesforce and Google Analytics reporting and data analysis
The drive to own high-impact projects from day one
A strong desire to continuously test and optimize any and all marketing channels
Experience building executive view marketing dashboards and providing insights
