TeeTurtle is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to maximize the value of the organization’s acquisition and retention efforts by blending a customer focus with a strong data-informed approach.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll set strategy and priorities for the customer acquisition and retention teams in order to maximize the value of the company's efforts. You'll monitor and evaluate individual performance to develop and train the team. You'll report directly to the CEO and manage the Brand Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Marketing Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set and manage multibrand e-commerce, marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle strategies to maximize the value of the company’s customer acquisition and retention efforts

• Manage licensing, 3rd party marketing, and customer service vendor relationships to assess and maximize ROI from external partnerships

• Manage approval processes to ensure brand consistency and high quality of work

• Set priorities for the marketing and customer service teams based on the value of different opportunities and the needs of the organization to ensure the right work is being completed at the right time

• Monitor performance of individuals on the marketing and customer service teams and provide regular feedback to help each individual grow into their potential

• Effectively represent the marketing and customer service teams to other parts of the organization to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and minimize frustration

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• A degree in data analytics or a related field

• 3+ years omnichannel marketing experience

• 3+ years management experience

• Expertise in SEO, FB advertising, and Amazon advertising

• Project Management software expertise

• Excel & Google Suite expertise
