Nymbl is looking for our first full-time marketing hire: an outstanding Digital Marketing Manager to execute on our efforts to increase lead volume and sales in the B2B senior living and payer markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of older adults, an exceptional ability to execute on tactical priorities, and a proven work history of marketing success.

Our mission is to prevent 1 million falls. We are challenging the belief that older is less.

Nymbl is a Colorado-based digital health startup that produces the Nymbl Balance System, a comprehensive software solution to improve balance and prevent falls among older adults. Every 17 seconds someone falls and goes to the ER, costing $50 billion per year. Most of these falls are preventable, and we aim to make a big dent in this problem. We want to enable older adults to live fuller, more engaging lives for longer.

Nymbl Science was founded in Colorado in 2016, and we’re well on our way to improving balance and health on a global scale. Here are a few highlights:

You have absolutely top-notch communication and attention to detail. Much of your responsibility will involve written and verbal communication. You must be both personable and analytical.

You love to learn new things. Even though you might not have every marketing skill honed to perfection, you want to get there and are constantly working towards it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR NYMBL POSITION

• Execute top-notch digital marketing and outreach campaigns to drive leads and sales across multiple B2B channels, including senior living and payers
• Work with sales and graphic design to create outstanding collateral that wins customers, including one-pagers, case studies, video testimonials, and conference material
• Design and execute a conference and PR strategy with the goal of attending 6 per year and getting our voice heard in the right publications
• Consistently create and manage content, like blog posts and case studies, for our website and social media platforms
• Continually test, optimize, and report on performance, along with communicating with non-marketers. 

YOU MUST HAVE:

• The highest level of integrity
• 1-3 years of proven B2B marketing experience
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• An understanding of startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to thrive proactively and keep others informed as you do
• Top-notch attention to detail
