 What is this opportunity?

Senior Marketing Manager, CRM (B2C)

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to take on a crucial role within our growing CRM organization. This data-driven marketer will focus on the Dice brand and will be responsible for managing customer email and push communications to our B2C audience of technology professionals. The successful candidate must have a passion for utilizing key quantitative and qualitative insights to shape engagement marketing strategies, as well as a deep understanding of email and push technologies and best practices.

Reporting to the Senior Director, CRM, this role will work closely with other marketing colleagues, product management, and technology to drive customer engagement.

More specifically, this Senior Marketing Manager will:

·     Guide and oversee strategy, day-to-day operations, and monitoring of B2C marketing communications programs via the email and app push channels in accordance with brand strategy and financial metrics

·     Maintain a laser focus upon the needs of our Tech Job Seeker customers; consistently demonstrate through every outbound communication that Dice is the indispensable resource for managing their careers

·     Define engagement, retention, and reactivation programs that deliver valuable customer experiences and maximize performance across the customer lifecycle (new registrants, active job seekers, passive job seekers, lapsed customer reactivation, etc.)

·     Establish proactive monitoring and performance analysis metrics for all recurring and ad hoc messaging programs

·     Identify and prioritize the development and execution of creative concepts

·     Review new message copy and obtain proper sign-offs from internal stakeholders

·     Lead efforts surrounding email message production to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables and obtain proper approvals

·     Ensure there are proper alerts in place for stakeholders in the event of any significant emergencies, challenges, or barriers that impact customer experience, budgets, and/or timelines

·     Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive landscape, as well as development and application of leading trends in the areas of email and push

·     Develop and maintain cross-functional, collaborative relationships throughout the organization

·     Coordinate third-party vendor services

What are we requiring for this role?

·     Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

·     Minimum of 8 years of related email and CRM experience

·     Minimum of 2 years of team management experience

·     Deep expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and testing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention

·     Utilize understanding of the marketing landscape to innovate and drive growth

·     Identify and create opportunities to leverage internal stakeholders and third-party partners to improve processes and practices

·     Work as a vital leader of and mentor to a team of CRM managers and specialists

·     Demonstrate significant knowledge of enterprise-level email marketing platforms and push technologies

·     Exhibit excellent problem solving, communication skills, and time management

·     Develop and deliver effective presentations
