Senior Manager of Account Based Marketing and Demand Generation

We’re seeking a creative, high caliber Senior Marketing Manager of Campaigns and Demand Generation to join the marketing team to create a world class ABM Marketing engine.
As PlayerLync’s Senior Marketing Manager of Campaigns and Demand Generation, you will be a key team member responsible for aligning audiences and the problems they want to solve with the values PlayerLync provides. This is a senior team position that focuses on obtaining new prospects for our Sales and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding audiences and competitors to become a data-driven expert on our buyers - why they buy, how they make decisions, where they get information, and the thought process they go through to reach an investment decision. Through insights and data, you’ll define the buyer journey and how to intersect the journey through outreach campaigns.
- Strategize, and execute all outbound lead generation efforts including ABM, email marketing, direct mail, and webinars
- Coordinate ABM efforts with Director of Digital and Content Marketing
- Define and manage outbound ABM programs to advance sales prospecting and accelerate prospect progressions from TOFU to BOFU
- Create ABM campaigns that are highly engaging and interactive, which generate engagement and traffic, registrations, sign-ups, and ultimately qualified leads based on the target audiences
- Ensure wide company engagement across the stakeholder communities from TOFU through the Selling stages
- Manage current Hubspot integration; select and implement sales and marketing technologies to scale demand generation and pipeline goals
- Work particularly closely with the Product Management team to understand the product, competition, markets and market opportunities inside and out.
- Become a Lead Gen thought leader through research and analysis, then share all the smarts with others on the team
- Create reports and insights based on key performance indicators and metrics. Then tell us what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve.
- Help us identify and break into new market segments, working closely with the Product Management team.
Requirements
- 8 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of ABM Lead Gen experience working in a high growth SaaS company
- Expertise in email marketing, SEO/SEM, events, social media, and digital marketing
- Total GSD mentality – roll up the sleeves approach to driving results
- Proven and visible marketing experience driving adoption and expansion of a product through strategic thinking, creativity, analytical decision making and a willingness to try new ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with everybody – Sales, Marketing, Operations, Development, Product Management, Finance, Customer Success, Analysts, our Customers and Prospects. They all bring insights and therefore you’ll want to know what they think
- Define and create compelling Lead Gen content (e.g., white papers, product videos, website copy, blog posts, webinars) to support progression along the Buyer Journey (Sales and Partner Enablement)
- Familiar with marketing automation tools - specifically HubSpot, SF.com, Google Analytics, and ABM software like Engagio, DemandBase or Terminus.
- Analytical, but capable of translating data insights to business decisions and actions/tests
- MBA preferred
