Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns - Mid-Market

Responsibilities
Define and implement an acquisition marketing strategy for our mid-market accounts and lead the global campaign calendar
Drive the annual and quarterly cross-functional, acquisition marketing planning process, driving planning cadences and best practices
Lead, coach, and mentor the Acquisition Marketing team
Develop innovative, primarily digital (but not exclusively) campaign strategies, programs, themes, tactics, and messaging that support our product and solution vision
Own the acquisition marketing metrics (including opportunities, leads, wins) and develop the annual plan and quarterly re-forecasting
Own and monitor campaign and channel effectiveness and regularly triage all stages of the funnel to uncover opportunities for optimization
Validate the mix of demand generation tactics by regularly testing new channels/tactics and scaling successful ones
Drive organic growth by optimizing our non-technical SEO and SEM efforts
Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop and align on campaign messaging
Drive global marketing initiatives as a member of the extended marketing leadership team
Reports to the Head of Revenue Marketing
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of relevant, B2B marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in high-growth technology companies
2+ years Marketing leadership experience
Consistent track record of delivering pipeline growth and return on investment on budget and time
Proven experience building and executing impactful, innovative, and multidimensional global integrated marketing campaigns
Extensive experience with tactics in the marketing mix, including hands-on experience with key martech (Pardot, SFDC, etc.)
Experience driving net new logos through by creating strong acquisition programs via email, paid, social, display and other tactics
Ability to drive a cohesive strategy across multiple teams with the willingness to get into the weeds with the team if required
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align
Deep understanding of sales pipeline, key drivers, and the role that marketing plays at each stage of the buyer and customer journeys
Deep expertise in data analysis to influence critical business decisions
“Test and learn” mindset - comfortable taking calculated risks
Preferred qualifications
Experience in acquisition marketing, driving net new logos through the funnel to revenue
Experience marketing to mid market clients in a highly complex industry
Ability to manage work effectively with freelancers, agencies and other outside vendors
Passion for technology and infrastructure
Base Salary Range in CO: $85,800 - $114,400
