Job Description

Conga’s Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for global digital channel performance. This role oversees Conga’s digital advertising, digital lifecycle, and SEM efforts. This role is responsible for managing a large digital budget to maximize pipeline generation, positive brand engagement, and ROI. The successful candidate leads generation of a significant portion of pipeline, critical to the success of Conga’s continued growth. This person is part strategist, part leader, part tactical expert. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and develops a small team focused on digital performance with a key focus on paid channel strategy
  • Coaches and strategizes on digital aspects of integrated campaigns across brand awareness, lifecycle, and demand generation
  • Consistently analyzes the effectiveness of digital channels, adjusting budgets and placement strategies for highest impact
  • Advertising vendors and agency management are a core part of the role
  • Develops and leads a tight budget management process, including monthly reconciliation and reporting
  • Serves as a consultant and subject matter expert on all things digital advertising across the cross-functional marketing team
  • Drives innovation in digital advertising and lifecycle programs
  • Ruthlessly and consistently analyzes performance for lowered CPA and increased overall ROI
  • Collaborates with lifecycle marketing manager on multi-channel campaigns across the entire buying cycle for all target segments
  • Partners with product marketing, corporate marketing, and content teams on campaign strategy, positioning, and content
  • Strategizes how to integrate advertising, webchat, email, and website experience into a cohesive and engaging brand experience
  • Work with security and legal teams on global compliance of advertising strategies to ensure maximum performance and compliance

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, specifically focused on digital advertising (ad platform certifications preferred)
  • Experience running and executing paid media strategies across a wide range of channels
  • Experience building and executing demand generation campaigns leveraging a multi-channel approach, tied to a specific, measurable pipeline goal
  • Experience building positive relationships with sales leaders to drive alignment and buy-in
  • Experience designing and executing Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs with a particular focus on Account Based Advertising (Rollworks, Demandbase, Terminus, etc.)
  • Experience closely managing substantial digital or media budgets
  • Knowledgeable in core B2B demand generation frameworks
  • Comfortable with Salesforce and other reporting tools, like Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience building programs and designing strategies in a leading marketing automation tool (Marketo preferred)
  • Deeply knowledgeable in Google Analytics (GA certification preferred)
  • Data-driven with a natural ability to communicate complexity with clarity
  • Constant learner, passionate about innovation and positive business impact
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
