About Fabriq

For digital natives looking to strengthen their real-world relationships and develop their social-support network, our apps, Fabriq and Reals produce genuine, daily connections through prosocial behaviors that are scientifically-proven to improve social wellness.

We've been building Fabriq -- the best personal-relationship manager on the market since 2019 -- and in 2021 we're looking to bring to market a social sharing app designed around the science of social wellness: Reals.

Your job will be to identify efficient growth channels outside of product, and work with the product team on experiments for product-driven viral growth, too.

Culture

We are a Techstars-alumni startup (Fabriq is f/k/a/ “MeetMindful”) with an excellent track record of growth based on rapid experimentation, lean methodologies and a supportive team culture around the successes and failures inherent in learning cycles. Our team consists of fun, open-minded, radically honest folks, all committed to development and growth in our lives, both personally and professionally. Built in Colorado awarded us the #2 ranking of Best Startup Culture in 2019!

We’re looking for a Growth Hacker (or small agency) to join our small, but mighty team. We’re based in Denver, but now working remotely, so you don’t have to be!

The Position

We're looking for a self-directed, experienced growth hacker (or small agency) who can determine where their time can produce the most leverage toward target growth volume, efficiency, and quality KPIs, select their techniques accordingly, and execute most (if not all) of their strategies.

You’ll work directly with our analytics-oriented CEO and engagement/retention-focused lifecycle marketing manager to develop and implement strategies and experiments that drive the top of funnel user-growth KPIs. You’ll be challenged to develop creative ways to get Fabriq's message and value propositions in front of sympathetic audiences wherever they may exist, and to develop product-growth strategies that produce an ever-increasing viral coefficient. You will have a solid budget, because we know it's necessary, but your "home runs" will be those which use it sparingly.

You'll have the support of a senior cast of creatives, engineers, and analysts, but you will be expected to develop hypotheses and methods, assemble your own creative from brand standards and assets, implement experiments in channels like search, social, web, streaming video, and email, and produce concise reports on findings and recommendations based on your observations.

We’d love to meet you if:

  • You have at least 5+ years experience designing, implementing and reporting on successful user growth experiments for consumer app/SaaS businesses.

  • You are highly skilled with the FB Ads manager, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, iTunes Connect and Play Store admin (other platforms like YouTube and TikTok would be a plus, too).

  • You are a creative and technical “maker” at heart, and love to build as much of your own marketing ideas as you can, yourself—including automated workflows, templates, content, and tracking—but you know when to reach out to designers, engineers or others for help!

  • You've managed $10k+/mo budgets across paid media channels and are highly skilled at finding the right audiences and implementing campaigns in FB insights, YouTube, and the App/Play stores.

  • You can write high quality, genuine content without reading like a marketer. You understand how to speak as a user and member of the internet community. You're comfortable posting content and engaging in conversations on social media and other public web forums to drive our brand recognition by truly connecting with the communities.

  • You have experience driving site traffic and conversions through content optimization for SEO, and/or product page traffic and downloads through ASO.

  • You are passionate about personal development, relationship building, and resonate with the mission of improving the health and wellness of society through the invention of innovative social technologies.

  • You are an excellent communicator in written, verbal, and other forms and work well under self-direction in a remote work environment.

  • You have a working knowledge of web languages and are able to edit web pages to create experimental variations designed to conversions through existing mechanisms by editing content and layout.

If interested please email [email protected] your resume, rates, and answers to 3 of the following questions:

  • What parts of the above descriptions of company, mission, product, and/or role interest you the most about working with the Fabriq team?

  • What “wins” around user growth are you most proud of from your growth marketing career so far, and why?

  • Which area(s) of responsibility outlined above may pose the greatest challenge for you when you are hired, and what would you do or need to develop strength in them?

  • What consumer apps do you feel set an impressive example of how to grow virally?

  • What “ditches” (epic failures) from earlier in your career are you proud to highlight as the most rewarding learning opportunities?

  • What examples can you attach which showcase your contributions to a campaign’s strategy, content, implementation, or analysis/reporting?
