Senior Director of Global Demand Generation at Pax8
The Senior Director of Global Demand Generation leads overall outbound and inbound demand generation and sales funnel development activities as well as develops and implements high impact strategic campaigns and tactical marketing programs across our global regions to ensure we achieve our ambitious business growth objectives. They foster new ways of thinking, working, and building capabilities that will help the Marketing team unlock new possibilities. The Senior Director has a firm grasp of digital marketing best practices – yet has an innate curiosity to continually investigate new trends and disruptive approaches that may improve Pax8’s acquisition and nurturing strategies. They create, balance, and prioritize multiple initiatives with ease, effectively communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and optimally developing collaborations at every turn.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Designs and leads the strategy and creation of all marketing campaigns; directs the end-to-end creation of marketing campaigns by collaborating with corporate marketing & sales leadership, the creative team, and other stakeholders across the business to ensure we meet our monthly lead generation KPIs
- Builds and manages best-in-class demand gen programs and optimization of lead to closed-won funnel
- Leads strategic development of an optimal marketing mix, including but not limited to search, display, email, social, direct mail, events, ABM and content syndication
- Works closely with the marketing management team to critically analyze and optimize the performance of the business unit marketing campaigns and other demand generation / sales incentive initiatives
- Partners with Tools & Technology, Field Marketing, the Management team and other stakeholders to establish the smooth creation and execution of business unit marketing initiatives and campaigns in order to meet the lead generation KPIs
- Provides coaching and development opportunities to team members on effective demand gen tactics and approaches
- Drives adoption of agile marketing principles and practices, roles and responsibilities, and frameworks
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least ten (10) years of experience in marketing in fast-paced technology companies with authority in B2B demand generation
- At least five (5) years of leadership experience in a field, demand gen, digital or campaign marketing role in a B2B organization
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns with clear ROI focused metrics
- Expert in B2B digital marketing, marketing automation, lead conversion, nurturing programs and marketing analytics.
- Proven experience scaling demand generation programs globally through technology, data and process
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Trello, Accelo)
- Ability to be highly organized and process driven with an eye for detail
- Ability to influence others, implement change, and standardize processes in a complex business environment
Required Education & Certifications:
- A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $160,000 or more depending on experience
