Conga is looking for a senior marketing leader who will take us to the next level with their brand and digital strategy. Think you’re up for the challenge?
This person will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing the company’s marketing strategies and programs with an emphasis on brand development, digital innovation and inspiring leadership. They will also spearhead the company’s digital transformation strategy, continuously evolve the customer, partner, prospect and employee experience, and deliver an immersive brand experience that fuels the growth of the company’s products, people and customers. To do this successfully, it will involve creating and executing integrated campaigns through a variety of channels, including traditional media, websites, landing pages, email, events, digital advertising, and social media. As the brand and digital leader, this person will oversee a variety of different functions including creatives, developers and strategists as this team also serves as Conga’s internal creative agency.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate a passion for marketing innovation and growing the Conga brand and culture. As a steward of our company’s core values you will be responsible for developing and inspiring our world class marketing team and providing cross-functional leadership for strategic initiatives that drive organizational alignment, accelerated growth, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are also looking for someone with:
5+ years’ senior marketing leadership experience; B2B SaaS or Agency experience preferred
Proven track record in driving digital demand generation
Proven leadership experience with demonstrated success building and executing thought leadership-focused, content-driven marketing programs
Obsessive attention to detail and “get it done” attitude with a metrics driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
A full understanding of a comprehensive digital strategy and experience launching websites and large digital initiatives. We have many large scale initiatives and we need someone who is fearless with an exceptional marketing focused mind.
