About the team

We are a growing team focused on building a best in class brand supporting local service professionals who help consumers love where they live. Our roles span acquisition to retention to product marketing in addition to brand.

What you’ll do

Build Pro Brand

  • Define long-term strategy to elevate the Angi Pro brand to the B2B market, making it a beloved marketplace among clients and prospects.
  • Create campaigns and programs to drive measurable increase in brand reach, awareness, engagement, and trust.
  • Work with cross-functional leaders to foster a consistent experience across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to bring brand guidelines to life across channels.

Build Content Strategy

  • Build content marketing machine that elevates brand and drives demand
  • Spearhead strategy to engage prospects and move them through the B2B marketing funnel via SEO strategy, content creation, industry and client-driven thought leadership and education, and multi-channel distribution
  • Plan and track growth to show content’s impact on brand, revenue and retention

Grow Community

  • Oversee B2B social media strategy, including growth and impact goals, experimenting with new channels, messaging and platforms, strategic marketing partnerships
  • Develop and execute on a strategy to build a community of engaged prospects, customers, advocates, skeptics, and everyone in between to build the brand.
  • Design a program to grow community, including brand ambassadors and influencers, events and community meet-ups, to increase reach and engagement.
  • Lead digital reputation management by soliciting, organizing and contextualizing feedback from customers to drive positive reviews to industry sites in partnership with support & sales enablement.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of leading multichannel B2B content creation
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality, high-performing content
  • Exceptional writing skills and experience translating complex concepts into digestible content
  • Mastery of multiple form factors – video, podcast, long-form, short-form, social
  • Knowledge of best practices for B2B technology solutions and SEO experience
  • Advocate for the brand throughout the organization, partnering with stakeholders to establish a refreshed B2B brand and the end-to-end content strategy that brings this brand to life for current and prospective pros across all segments.
  • Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks
  • Ensures brand principles are consistently met, building towards a cohesive, powerful market position

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living. 
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
