We are seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What You Get to Do:

• You will work closely with the senior manager to form, implement and evaluate digital advertising campaigns in order to drive sales of energy-efficient products from our utility-branded eCommerce marketplaces. Own the paid digital marketing strategy across 20+ utility marketplaces including exploring new strategies, managing changes to the platforms, evaluating new partners and agency partnership.
• Oversee activation and optimization of paid digital media campaigns with focus on paid search and social. You will coordinate with our broader ecommerce and marketing teams to implement campaigns and strategies that focus on driving revenue and customer acquisition. Define, monitor and analyze trends in KPIs.
• Manage daily communications with advertising agency for search, shopping, social and display campaigns
• Consistently optimize and improve campaign results by reviewing bid strategies, audiences, creative, etc. in order to maximize return on investment.
• Work to develop A/B tests with the content team in order to improve the efficiency of creative.
• Collaborate with Utility Company partners to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to and that Utility Company customers receive maximum value from their Marketplace experience.
• Serve as expert in digital marketing for internal teams and utility partners, staying on top of changes and best practices.
• Create monthly reports and share insights with broader team to inform on the efficiency of paid advertising for both revenue generation and ad performance.
• Collaborate with internal team members from the Marketing, eComm, Delivery, Customer Support and Engineering teams on projects and issues.

What You Bring to Uplight:

• 1-3 years of experience in a paid media role with focus on one of the following: paid search, paid social, digital display, programmatic
• Hands on experience in activation and optimization within a paid digital platform (Google Ads Manager, formerly Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager)
• Strong analytical ability, able to review ongoing campaign results and make optimizations in order to improve return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Strong familiarity with digital ad technology, tactics, and strategy (automation, bid management, funnel optimization, etc.)
• Proven track record of setting and achieving KPI's for media campaigns
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to concise insights for broader audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet aggressive deadlines
• Flexible and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Salary Range: $53,000 to $60,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
