Job Description
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Senior Demand Generation Manager to help grow Brandfolder's marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for helping build, maintain, and optimize Brandfolder’s marketing programs across channels including paid search, paid social, email marketing, webinars, and more. The ideal candidate has proven experience optimizing ROI across these channels and will be responsible for executing campaigns that drive engagement and leads across our target industries and segments.
You will inspire the most recognizable brands in the world, like Lyft, Mastercard, and Slack and have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. What you’ll do:
Optimize spend between channels to drive the right business results
Work cross-functionally to improve website optimizations, landing page development, paid campaigns, inbound marketing efforts, reporting, and more.
Work with demand generation team and external agencies to plan, manage, and execute marketing programs to drive success in meeting goals, ensuring ROI
Assist in establishing scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and program management across multiple channels.
Assist in finding creative ways to reach potential customers through channels such as email, social/paid social, SEM, webinars, and more.
Implement testing methodologies across multiple channels and platforms
Work closely with marketing operations to manage marketing attribution and reports by conversions, lead source, ROI by Channel, Cost Per Lead, and more.
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
6+ years of demand generation experience
Deep analytical skill set to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns/programs
You’re highly curious and technically minded
Experience with creating programs and measuring performance
Excellent communication project management skills to work with cross-functional team members to ensure campaign success
A learner, that is able to comprehend and grow knowledge of high-tech B2B trends, complex products, and messaging
Enterprise Software and/or SaaS experience a must
Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo a plus
