Senior Customer Marketing Manager
The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing our Workiva Advocates program -- identifying and developing champions and introducing them to opportunities that promote both their own expertise as well as the benefits of the Workiva platform.
The person in this role will develop a program of events and outreach that engages our Workiva Advocates throughout the year, and also supports other initiatives within the wider Customer Marketing team – Customer Advisory Boards, Customer Stories, User Groups, etc. This role will also be responsible for managing our relationship with third party review sites such as G2, growing our reference program, and will also spearhead special projects such as the Workiva Customer Awards.
Responsibilities
- Build a world-class customer advocacy program that celebrates our customers, equips them with the resources needed for growth, and tells the story of the impact that they’ve had on their organizations.
- Define and execute or strategy for peer-to-peer review platforms, including G2, Trust Radius, Featured Customer, and more.
- Grow our customer reference program by working with Sales and Customer Success to identify top accounts and customers.
- Plan and execute our 2022 Customer Awards program, including identifying nominees, selecting and awarding winners, and celebrating their success in an awards event.
- Track and analyze program and campaign performance to demonstrate ROI
- Cultivate long-term relationships with Workiva customers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales.
- Contribute to our Customer Marketing Ecosystem, including Customer Advisory Boards, Customer Stories, and User Groups.
What You'll Need
Education
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- 5+ years experience
- Experience in customer marketing
- B2B SaaS experience
- Passion for meeting people, getting to know them, and finding opportunities to highlight their expertise;
- Dedication to providing best-in-class customer engagement and experiences;
- Excellent project management skills with proven success in driving projects to completion;
- Resourcefulness in connecting people and opportunities
- A proven track record of working across teams and departments
Travel Requirements
- Up to 25% travel
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
How You'll Be Rewarded
Base Pay Range in Colorado: $105,000- $138,000
Discretionary bonus typically paid annually
Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
