Senior Content Marketing Specialist
The Senior Content Marketing Specialist leverages channel, market and data intelligence and strategy in partnership with stakeholders in the creation, modification and curation of a full range of product and solution-focused marketing materials across multiple media types.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and Support the Content Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to recommend, create and deploy user-centric content which includes but is not limited to product datasheets, brochures, industry whitepapers, infographics, e-books, emails, product demonstration videos, web content, multimedia presentations; evaluates for consistency and adherence to Workiva creative guidelines.
- Establish performance measurements, goals, metrics and ROI to establish and evaluate content success in all areas including but not limited to click-through rates, traffic, loops and conversions; assesses content performance against goals and makes recommendations and decisions regarding adjustment to content or strategy to maximize on results
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Collaborate and communicates with partners within marketing, throughout Workiva, and with vendors and contractors on assigned internal and contracted marketing content projects, alignment across Workiva, project expectations, data and reporting requirements, along with outcomes and deadlines
What You'll Need:
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- 5 years related creative/marketing experience
- Experience with B2B audiences, SaaS or technical products preferred
- Experience with international content development and distribution preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels across Workiva and with partners in external organizations
- Strong time management, organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience with digital assets, content marketing and complex audience segmentation (portfolio required)
- Ability to multitask, take initiative and operate successfully in a fast-paced,geographically
- diverse environment
- Ability to travel up to 10%
