The Opportunity

Mersive Technologies is seeking an exceptional talent to fill the role of Sales & Marketing Operations Manager for a fast-growing technology organization. This position will be responsible for providing sales, marketing, and customer-related analyses / insights and enabling customer-facing teams (sales, marketing, onboarding) to improve their effectiveness and productivity. This position reports into the head of marketing with dotted line reporting into the head of sales. This position also works closely with the Regional Sales Directors, Channel Managers, Inside Sales, Sales / Onboarding Engineers, Finance, and IT.

What You Bring

This position requires a self-starter who enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, is agile and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and is able to provide sound business insight for building operational excellence. The selected candidate must have well-rounded, hands-on experience and a passion for planning and analyzing the facets of a go-to-market (GTM) operation coupled with experience partnering with leaders and front-line employees to drive process and operational improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • SalesForce Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Technical Architect; Hubspot (or other marketing automation platform) certification
  • Minimum of 5 years in CRM and Marketing Automation Administration
  • Hands on get it done attitude. We are looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves and get things done
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills (you will be managing the data and communicating this out to relevant stakeholders)
  • Prior experience leading customer analytics or sales operations highly desirable

 

Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Daily Administration: Manage our SalesForce implementation including user administration, instance customization, complex workflow and data validations
  • Reporting & Analysis: Work with the sales and marketing teams to help them operationalize, visualize and report on leads, opportunities and campaign performance between Hubspot and SalesForce
  • Sales Processes & Tools: Evaluate, set up, and own all sales-related processes, documentation and policies, staying on top of the latest and greatest SalesForce tools, and other sales enablement technologies
  • Marketing Automation: Monitor and maintain Hubspot, reporting and data analytics, supporting the objectives of Marketing and Sales teams
  • Planning & Processes: Collaborate in sales planning, goals, and processes to assist teams in achieving quotas and goals
  • Lead Scoring: Oversee and manage an efficient, accurate, and productive lead scoring process that qualifies and assigns a target number of leads to each rep, each month
  • Design: Implement technical architecture solutions that may span multiple platforms and include integrations and authentication across systems
  • On-boarding: Onboard sales teams to maximize ramp up time and individual results (Account Executives, Business Development Managers, Sales Product Specialists, Account Development Assistants, etc).
