POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Regional Marketing Manager: North America (RMM) will be responsible for helping to position Archer externally with Key Opinion Leader’s and Key Customers. The position will work in close partnership with cross-functional partners in order to support the execution of a robust key customer strategy. This will be supporting both current and future customers as we bring exciting new products to the market. The ideal candidates should have a solid sales and/or marketing background and work experience managing a variety of new product introductions, campaigns, and have experience in both non-personal and personal marketing techniques for genomics products. 

It is expected that this individual will play a significant role shaping the company’s strategic planning and customer engagement capabilities for planned commercial product launches across RUO and IVD portfolios. The RMM articulates the customer-facing messaging and outlines all marketing efforts to achieve this goal through multiple channels, including web content, webinars, emails & social, advertising, public relations and trade shows.

The RMM also aligns regional field teams with current messaging and expertise through team training and tight communication. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Job performance will involve a variety of activities including:

  • Drive marketing thought leader engagements as member of the Archer marketing team for key congresses, events, and executive leadership encounters. 
  • Partner with members of the marketing team to coordinate and create promotional materials and content as needed and provide real time customer insights.
  • Develop and manage a formalized communication process to bring thought leader insights, congress key learnings and competitive intel back into the extended marketing team.
  • Manage marketing-led customer collaborations for promotional data generation, customer talks and posters.
  • Support sales through co-travel to key accounts and ongoing training. 
  • Contribute to regional marketing plan, including local trade shows, lead generation and promotional activities.
  • In anticipation of forthcoming product launches, assess and develop efforts for peer to peer programming as needed including the development of speakers and content for brand led content
  • Support the development of a robust thought leader strategy including influence mapping, coordination of activities, and insight generation through advisory boards.
  • Through internal partnership on the marketing team, determine timing, placement, and key objectives for advisory boards, and led these insights gathering efforts.
  • Possess strong leadership, business acumen, and ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines and expectations of multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Review, understanding, and compliance with ArcherDX HIPAA Security policies and procedures.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Ability to strategically develop and gauge feasibility, impact and risks of programs
  • Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment
  • Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
  • 5+ years of diagnostic/device/ and/or pharmaceutical experience in one or more of the following areas: sales, marketing, and/or project management
  • Oncology or Diagnostics experience required preferably with NGS or Genomic Technology products
  • Home office and/or field sales experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPI’s, leads and campaign success

 

TRAVEL:

  • Based up the nature of the position to meet with key customers, Frequent travel (50% +) is required. It would be preferable for candidates to be geographically located near a major U.S. airport. Position will be responsible for supporting North America.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, MBA preferred
