Project Manager Digital Marketing

Job Summary
This position is responsible for the timely and successful implementation of the digital experience of our global and local Marketing programs on NetApp’s internal and external web properties. You cover all sections of our corporate web site. As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will manage the execution of our global Marketing campaigns, product launches and strategic projects to enhance the user experience and improve our ability to generate revenue.

* Manage global cross functional project teams as the project manager
* Manage delivery of the digital experience of our Marketing programs, Campaigns and Product launches
* Identify and execute opportunities to improve and expand our Digital Marketing strategy and presence on the Web
* Project manages implementation of new Digital Marketing features including tools and applications
* Oversee project activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure on-time completion of planned tasks
* Proactively communicate status and identify issues affecting overall ability to complete tasks within agreed schedules; do so in a timely manner.
* Manage external business partners (consultants and vendors) including daily project management, analysis of engagement recommendations and implementation of engagement recommendations
* Complete business requirements and analysis as related to project scope
* Proactively problem solve by identifying and managing issue resolution including escalation as needed
* Create project status reports and deliver status updates to stakeholders and project participants
* Work to continually improve our processes
* Work proactively in managing internal customer expectations
* Provide accurate estimations for deliverables
* Interact with global mid- and senior-level management on behalf of project team
* Coordinate and facilitate meetings and reviews

Education

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
