Programmatic Media Strategist
This position can be located in our Seattle or Denver offices, though in-office work is not required until further notice due to Covid-19. This position can also be remote in select U.S. states if you are located in a city where we do not have an office. Qualified applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer on an ongoing basis without employer sponsorship.

Due to our tremendous growth and customer offerings, we are searching for a Programmatic Media Strategist who will support our knowledgeable and dynamic Media Consulting Services Team. The Programmatic Media Strategist acts as a strategic partner to our clients and internal team, ensuring programmatic campaigns meet/exceed our clients’ marketing objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop strategic media campaigns
- Monitor campaigns and ensure alignment with overall campaign KPIs & goals
- Present detailed analysis of campaign results and provide ongoing strategic recommendations to clients
- Audit existing media buys for clients and make optimization and feature recommendations
- Cultivate relationships with programmatic media vendors, draft and submit RFPs, evaluate proposals and provide media POVs
- Negotiate and plan programmatic direct deals based on a strong understanding of client goals, target audiences and budgets
- Ensure media planning and processes throughout the company follow best practices
Position Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working in DSP’s (i.e. Display & Video 360 (DV360), TradeDesk, Basis, or other programmatic buying solutions) and/or Google Display Ads
- Must have a strong working knowledge of ad serving technologies
- Possess the keen ability to work autonomously while remaining engaged and invested in your team and the company objectives as a whole
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven experience optimizing campaigns to performance metrics and media plan development
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal/client relationships
- A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for our mission
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360 (SA360)
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Technology or equivalent experience
This position pays a base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year. The position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on individual and company performance. Wage differential is based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience.
