Programmatic Campaign Manager

We’re growing rapidly and seeking a qualified Programmatic Campaign Manager to join our Client Operations team. If you like to deliver positive client outcomes, analyze data and patterns, and want to help shape the future of a dynamic team as we scale, this is a great opportunity for you!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Successfully create, launch, and manage multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously
- Consistently track, measure, and analyze the performance of campaigns based on goals
- Create detailed campaign performance reports and propose optimization strategies
- Problem-solve issues and document best practices and quality assurance processes
- Partner with account managers to maintain/grow customer renewal and spend
- Act as platform expert stakeholder to Product development
WHO YOU ARE
- Demonstrate experience handling, organizing, and managing complex, detailed oriented tasks with a high level of success and a very low error rate
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; thinks critically
- Experience communicating campaign performance results to internal or external parties
- Experience with digital/programmatic advertising and advertising technology solutions (The Trade Desk, App Nexus, Facebook, AdWords, Google Marketing Platform, or any other associated ad serving technology). TradeDesk experience is #1 desired.
- Possess high organizational skills and high attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Flexible and open to new tasks, challenges, or responsibilities with the ability to prioritize
- Skilled in developing and managing positive, collaborative relationships cross-departmentally
- Excellent written and verbal communication
