We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and driven Marketing Program Manager who has a passion for Agile operations and a demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with high-performing teams in a rapidly growing startup environment. As the Program Manager for DISQO’s Consumer (B2C) Marketing portfolio, you will work with stakeholders across our Marketing teams -- Growth, Brand, Communications and Creative -- as well as Product teams to organize and execute key programs for the business. You will be responsible for working closely with teams to properly scope, manage and deliver large-scale initiatives on time and within budget. You’ll also help nurture an Agile mindset among the team, encouraging and supporting them in testing new ideas and concepts, innovating in new areas, and leveraging opportunities to scale.

What you’ll love doing
- Embody the role of Scrum Master for our Consumer Marketing portfolio. Play a vital role in setting up team members for success through highly communicative collaboration.
- Guide the Marketing Owners in developing and refining backlogs and timelines; identify and map dependencies across workstreamsBuild cross-functional relationships to streamline communications and improve ways of working; collaborate to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly distilled, communicated and met
- Facilitate the intake process to ensure projects are appropriately briefed, prioritized and resourced
- Maintain clear cross-functional alignment on scope and deliverables throughout project lifecycles; function as the team’s operational guru by proactively identifying and clearing blockers, mitigating areas of risk and actioning solutions
- Utilize Agile-based frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) to drive consistent execution of roadmap priorities with cross-functional teams
- Lead key projects and oversee tactical executions in Sprint cycles as well as longer-term initiatives; align resources appropriately and ensure on-time delivery
- Partner with team members to support effective decision making and identify workflow improvements that enhance creative quality, efficiency and agility
- Facilitate feedback cycles that allow the team to learn from data and drive continuously improved operational methodologies that set teams up for success
- Onboard and manage contractors and vendors; facilitate communications and track progress between outside partners and internal teams
- Proactively report to senior management on metrics, opportunities, and possible program roadblocks/obstacles; provide regular, clear and concise status to partners across teams; identify and resolve blockers
- Play a key role in building-out Marketing Ops within the Growth Marketing org by:
- Maintaining a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize team velocity and performance; create and help the team understand dashboards and reports in the team’s project management system, Asana
- Champion process development, standardizations, and workflow improvements utilizing technology and automation tools
- Help develop internal departmental resources for key artifacts, including team knowledge base materials and playbooks
- Being an evangelist of Agile principles and values; facilitate Sprint events (Stand-ups, Planning, Refinement, Retrospectives) and coach the team to be engaged in self-organizing practices
What you bring to the table
- Ideally 5-7 years of experience successfully leading, coordinating, and organizing large, complex projects that involve cross-functional teams; bonus if this experience involves Marketing and Product/Engineering teams specifically
- Experience working in an Agile environment required; Scrum certifications preferred
- Adept in using a wide variety of operational software and tools (i.e. Slack, Google Suite, Excel, Zapier, Asana, Jira)
- Ability to productively facilitate meetings with teams, influence stakeholders, manage project expectations, as well as track and report on project deliverables
- Strong capacity for leading change and providing creative solutions within a results-driven, highly ambiguous and dynamic environment
- Able to work effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel Excellent prioritization skills with the tenacity to ask questions, synthesize critical information, action ideas, and communicate results
- Evidenced understanding of both marketing and product life cycles, including the common roadblocks and challenges teams encounterTrack record of proactively identifying and implementing operational solutions for teams
- Demonstrated excellence in execution management; conflict/negotiation management; independent, flexible and proactive in your approach
- Action oriented with the ability to react with appropriate urgency to escalations and situations that require a quick response
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; experience in a startup environment is beneficial
- You are a master at identifying and spotting gaps and opportunities for improvement in workflows, processes and team collaboration
- You are relentless in solving problems, work well in teams, and enjoy a challenge
- You advocate for continuous improvement and are always eager to learn, absorb and develop new skills
