Product Marketing Manager

As Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the product positioning for our DEAR Systems product line using a deep understanding of customer challenges and needs. You will be the Product Evangelist for your product, and are fluent in best-practice market analysis, with the ability to synthesize this knowledge into data-driven and compelling product marketing that delivers business results.

If so, we're looking for a motivated and data-driven Product Marketer who would love to have a career at a fast-growing global software company to work on the following:
- Cross-functional collaboration to drive value for the DEAR System product to prospects, sales, and partners. This position requires engagement with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Networks.
- Planning, execution, and management of product and feature launches, serving as Product Evangelist.
- Market Analysis to develop value proposition and messaging around existing and new products/features.
- Supporting the development of marketing campaign plans, metrics and content to drive awareness in the market and to generate leads.
- Conducting market assessments and requirements including opportunity size, competitive analysis, revenue and value for customer segments.
- Evolving industry-specific positioning for DEAR’s products and features.
- Identification of long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market.
- Development of materials including: buyer personas, web content, datasheets, white papers, case studies, presentations, and sales enablement collateral.
Here’s what you’ll bring with you:
- 4+ years experience in product marketing and/or strategic marketing in a B2B environment, preferably with retailer/wholesaler clients.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams on product development and product launches; experience launching/enabling products into partner networks preferred.
- Experience and comfortability communicating across levels, serving as the primary Product Evangelist to customers, partners and prospects.
- Demonstrated success in developing worldwide product launch and marketing campaigns.
- Experience in supply chain, back-end retail or wholesale operations, warehouse or inventory management systems, shipping, 3PL, etc. is a plus.
- Experience in Sirius Decisions/Pragmatic Marketing framework preferred.
- Experience in writing and presenting a creative brief.
- Ability to create impactful presentations for Sales and Training activities.
- Proficient in Office applications.
- Ability to fight for best possible consumer experience at ALL levels.

Location:
Please note that this role is based in Denver, CO. Though we have some flexibility on timing for relocation, we are not considering permanently remote candidates at this time.
Compensation:
Base salary of $95K-$115K + (Eligible for incentive compensation, based on performance targets, of 10% - 20% depending on qualifications and structure of the overall compensation package)
