JOB DESCRIPTION
Ready to join an amazing team of marketing and communication professionals? We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to create powerful positioning and messaging for our suite of products.
Our ideal candidate is a creative professional with a strong background in B-to-B product marketing. You must be able to learn new markets quickly and develop engaging messaging for various buyer personas to drive demand. In addition, you must be able to work across internal departments to facilitate go-to-market activities, including rolling out new products to the market and product updates to existing customers. For this position, it's also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
· Be the expert on our buyers; Create and update buyer personas and be the voice of the buyer internally and externally
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies that launch and commercialize our products in a differentiated light
· Be able to demonstrate our top differentiators and articulate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for various products
· Support and guide internal marketing partners in developing, producing, and delivering high quality materials in demand campaigns
· Partner with Product Management to guide the evolution of our product roadmaps
· Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Qualifications:
· 3-5+ years experience in enterprise product marketing, product management, or related fields
· BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, or other relevant field preferred
· Have strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and sales communities
· Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
· Project management skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and writing proficiency
· High performer who consistently meets/exceeds personal MBOs but thrives in a team environment
Additional Requirements and Details:
· Travel required up to 10% of the time.
· Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection on an as-needed basis
· Located and working from an office location (when required)*
· Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
· Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).
· Frequent sitting and/or standing.
*Our offices are currently closed due to COVID-19 and are scheduled to re-open mid 2021.
