We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us communicate the value of Bonusly and fuel ongoing success for the company. In this role, you’ll manage and grow our Product Marketing team, own messaging and positioning, lead the delivery of content and collateral to drive interest in Bonusly, and support the Sales team as they help more companies become customers. You’ll also collaborate closely with the rest of the Marketing team to launch campaigns, and you’ll co-own our go-to-market strategy and processes for new products and features alongside Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

As our second Product Marketing team member, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how we work and make a big impact on the company.

�At Bonusly, you’ll…

• Develop product messaging and positioning that demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs and sets us apart from competitors
• Create content that illustrates the impact and value of Bonusly, including website pages, research and stats, customer stories, videos, one-pagers, and more
• Help the Sales team sell more effectively by developing training and enablement resources that position us strongly to prospective customers and differentiate our offerings
• Manage and mentor our current Product Marketing team member and hire new team members as we grow
• Own and iterate on our customer personas for companies of various sizes and create content that targets each persona
• Partner with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams on product and feature launches, contributing to product strategy and owning the launch components that lead to broader awareness and interest in Bonusly
• Collaborate with the entire Marketing team to launch campaigns that span web, community, social, email, ads, and other marketing channels

?Salary range: $95,000-$115,000
