The Opportunity
Marketo is looking for a rock-star Product Marketing Manager to join our team and shape the future of our growing portfolio of Professional Services, Education, and Customer Support products. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to help set pricing and packaging strategies, develop product positioning and messaging, and enable our global sales teams for success. As a member of the Product Marketing team, you must have excellent communication skills and a passion to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Professional Services, Education, and Customer Support teams to manage and expand our services product portfolio.
- Develop clear positioning and messaging for existing and new service offerings
- Create and manage a compelling set of sales tools including datasheets, presentations, and playbooks
- Enable sales organization to effectively sell service offerings across segments
- Conduct and analyze market research of competitor service offerings
- Collaborate across marketing teams to drive demand programs for services products
- Build customer relationships to develop service references, case studies, and champions
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years relevant Product Marketing experience
- Experience with services marketing is a plus
- Passion to solve problems and execute solutions
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally as a team player
- Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment
