OTA Insight is a data and commercial intelligence platform for the hospitality industry. We work with leading brands such as Hilton and Marriott as well as independent hotels around the globe, providing them with data intelligence and cloud-based tools to better manage their revenue. We recently raised an $80 million round of funding and we have welcomed two new companies, Transparent and Kriya, to our organization in order to expand our product portfolio. As Product Marketing Manager, you will…
Research key market trends to identify opportunities and threats that inform business and product strategy
Conduct customer research to understand key customer segments, their specific needs, and lifecycle stages; then leverage the insights to create meaningful customer personas
Conduct competitive analysis to fully understand the competitive landscape and strategic opportunities and threats
Develop effective product positioning strategy informed by competitive and customer research, market insights, and product understanding
Work closely with product management and technical teams to understand and translate technical product features to benefits-focused messaging
Work with Product and go-to-market teams to define product communication plans, develop marketing materials, and coordinate high-impact feature releases
Support the sales team by researching and documenting typical customer use cases and proof points, target ideal customer profiles, and develop competitive battle cards
Support the content team with data project ideas based on customer research and needs, and internal feasibility
Work with our sales-enablement team to support the creation and use of sales materials that drive revenue for new products, as well as up-sell and cross-sell offerings
Serve as a go-to thought leader and speaker for webinars, conferences, and customer meetings
Create an internal product-marketing ecosystem which can easily be leveraged by internal departments (documentation of processes, links to articles, links to product imagery, etc.)
You will be a great fit for this role if you have the following:
2+ years of experience in Product Marketing roles
7+ years of total marketing experience
Experience driving customer and competitive research and insights
Experience in the hospitality or revenue management space a plus
An entrepreneurial mindset that embraces experimentation
Experience in B2B SaaS business models
A strong track record of collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align on positioning and go-to-market strategy
Deep knowledge of full-funnel digital marketing, marketing analytics, and measurement
Experience with Salesforce and Marketo / Hubspot a plus
Strategy consulting experience a plus
Experience and a passion to work with international teams
Ability to travel occasionally (5-10%)
